When we were introduced to Steve & Brian we knew that Boulder Contracting was a great fit for us to work with. As first time home builders, they worked very closely with us, were patient with all of our questions, and educated us on every step of the process.
Every step of the building process from blueprint modification to selecting flooring and cabinetry was easy and also enjoyable. The subconractor’s that Boulder chooses to work with are experts in their craft and were patient as we chose each intimate detail that would make this house our home.
Once we broke ground, Brian & Steve were very good about keeping us informed of the progress. They also made sure to always check in with us to verify any specifics that needed clarification on. Any time that was lost due to weather, was always made up and our home was finished exactly on our estimated closing date.
`We have been asked by friends and family if there is anything we would change about our home, the selections, etc. and the answer is no. We couldn’t be any more happy about our home and the choices we made. In the future when we decide to build another home there is no doubt that we will build with Boulder Contracting again!

Amazing! From day 1 Brian and his team were flexible, approachable, and courteous. We very much appreciated being able to ask questions at any point during the process. We would consistently receive prompt responses. We were allowed to visit our home at any point during the building process. Brad and I were very impressed by how clean the job site was and how friendly the trade partners were. In our opinion this was just another example of how great of a company Boulder is. We love our home and would highly recommend working with Boulder to our friends and family.
I first met Steve twenty years ago when my husband’s company wanted to transfer him out of state. At that time, I interviewed four realtors and Steve Kelley was our first choice. In the end my husband found a job with a different company and we didn’t need to sell our home, but Steve Kelley had made a lasting impression.
When we finally did decide to sell our property (twenty years later) Steve was still at the top of the list, but it had been twenty years and a lot can change in this much time. So I started interviewing realtors all over agin. After talking with Steve it was clear that he was the same caring hard working person I met 20 years earlier. If someone is personable and likeable, they are easy to work with. This is what we found with Steve. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Steve during the process of selling our home and found him genuinely interested in us. Steve is knowledgeable and responsive to both the buyers and seller’s needs.

Steve Kelley is not only knowledgeable, he is a very nice man. He gave us the tools to hunt down our new home online. He also guided us through the sale of our old home. We were comfortable with him through the whole process. Steve is a very trustworthy man.
